Getting started with Chaturji takes just 3 simple steps: create a free account, start hassle-free with free credits, and no payment details.  

How to Sign Up: To begin your journey: 

1. Navigate to www.chaturji.ai 
2. Click the "Sign Up" button
3. Use your existing Google or Microsoft account for a one-click signup, or create an account using your email address and a secure password.

 Your Workspace Upon logging in:

 You won’t start with a blank page. We have pre-built your environment with 2 workspaces that you can customize.

• My Room:  a default private sandbox. No one else can see what you do here. Use it for drafts and experiments.
• Common Room: a default public hub for your account. As you invite colleagues, they automatically join this room.

Activating Your Free Trial:

Chaturji offers a free trial that allows you to explore all premium features without needing to commit to a payment plan immediately. It’s the perfect way to see how our Chatrurji Enterprise AI Workspace and unique credit system work for your business.

• Free Credits: Every new account is automatically credited with free credits.
• Exploration: These credits allow you to explore all premium features, including advanced reasoning models, image generation, and file analysis. 
• Your data remains risk-free: Rest assured, even during the trial, Chaturji ensures your data is secure. We use paid APIs, meaning your inputs are never used to train the AI models.

Invite Members (Admins)

Designed for effortless teamwork, Chaturji makes collaboration simple. It empowers your team to effectively leverage AI, centralize project context, and streamline workflows for seamless results. Onboard your team to unlock its full potential.

1. Go to profile icon to enter Account Settings > choose Accounts & Members > click send invite (top right corner)
2. Enter single email addresses or multiple email addresses separated by commas.
3. Decide if you want to enable anyone with your company’s email domain to join your account automatically upon signup.
4. Share invitation link: copy and share the link to invite members (use this option to send out bulk invites hassle-free.)

Your first quick walkthrough

Now that your workspace is set up, let’s walk through the essential tools you should test immediately.

Start a simple Chat:

Step 1: Go to My Room: Type a simple request like "Draft an agenda for a project kickoff."

• Auto-Select: Chaturji automatically picks the best and the latest model (like GPT or Claude) for the job. You don’t need to be an expert; the system handles the complexity.
• Manual Control: Prefer a specific AI? Use the model selector to toggle between Gemini, Grok, Claude, or GPT manually.

Chat with Files for contextual answers: 

Step 1: Upload: Click the paper-clip icon. Upload a PDF report or an Excel spreadsheet.

Step 2: Analyze: Ask, "Summarize the key risks in this document" or "Graph the sales trends from column C."

Step 3: The AI reads your file and answers contextually. This is RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)—it turns your documents into an interactive knowledge base.

Create a Canvas to move from chatting to creating a deliverable.

Step 1: Take a good answer from the chat and click ‘Move to Canvas’.

Step 2: The text moves to a document editor.

Step 3: Highlight a paragraph and ask the AI to "Make this more professional" or "Expand on this point."

Step 4: Save your work as a Word doc or PDF. 

Understanding the interface

The Chaturji interface is designed to keep you focused while giving you access to powerful tools. Let's break down the layout so you can navigate like a pro.

Left Sidebar – Navigation hub

• Rooms list – My Room, Common Room, and any custom rooms you create.
• Bottom-left profile icon – Opens Admin & Settings, where you can view credit usage, manage members, update the plan, change billing details, and adjust global preferences.

Top bar (inside the selected Room) 

• Current Room title – Shows which Room you’re working in.
• New Chat - Starts a fresh conversation within the same Room.
• Chat History – All past conversations under that Room, searchable.
• Prompt Library - Access the library of 500+  business- related prompts categorized as per use case. 

Center Panel – Interaction zone

• Chat window – Type prompts, view AI responses.
• Prompt Library (auto‑suggest)- As you type, matching templates appear for instant reuse.
• Follow‑up suggestions – Clickable questions that help you explore the topic further without re‑typing.

Right Panel

• Room prompt – Add a set of prompts tailored to the project context, ensuring consistency and simplifying recurring tasks. 
• Content – List of files, links, and canvases attached to the Room.
• Instructions – Additional guidance for the AI (e.g., “Always cite sources”, "Use formal tone").

Canvas Panel (appears when you move a chat to Canvas)

• Document editor – Highlight any segment and ask the AI to rewrite, expand, or summarize.
• Co‑editing – Collaborate with teammates in real-time to edit the same document simultaneously. Each member can harness the power of AI to assist. 
• Export – export to Word/PDF/Markdown and share. 

Creating your first Room

Chaturji organizes work into "Rooms" rather than just chat lists. A Room is a dedicated workspace with memory.

Why Create a Room? 

A Room holds context. If you upload a brand guide to a "Marketing Room," the AI remembers that guide for every conversation in that room.

How to Set Up a Room?

Step 1: Click "Create Room" in the left sidebar.

Step 2: Choose something descriptive (e.g., "Q1 Financials" or "Product Launch").

Set Privacy:

• Private: Only invited members can view/edit. Perfect for sensitive projects.
• Public: Everyone in your account can view. Great for company policies.

Training Your Room (right sidebar):

• Room Prompts:  
• Content: Upload files and add URL links. This forms the "Brain" of the room.
• Custom Instructions: Give the Room a persona. Example: "Always answer as a senior legal analyst and cite the uploaded PDF."

Starting your first conversation

To get the best results, you need to know how to ask. Chaturji offers specialized modes for different tasks. Understanding these can be radically time-saving: 

Prompt best practices

• Use Customize Answer to set tone (formal, friendly), format (bullets, tables), length, and objective before you hit send.
• If you’re unsure, start with a template from the Prompt Library (over 500 ready‑made prompts).

Pick the right mode:

• Quick response:  for basic questions, content writing, information analysis, data summarization, clarification, and concept explanation.
• Think deeper:  for complex questions involving reasoning, elaborating strategies, creating plans, and doing more focused work
• Research: Chaturji research by searching the web, synthesizing multiple sources, exploring it in depth, and providing detailed reports.
• Select an AI Model: 

Web Search: Toggle on if you need the Chaturji to search the web to provide you with informed answers.

Use Room content:  Toggle on or off to refer to the uploaded files, prompts, and instructions set in the Room to get customized AI answers. Thinks deeply, answers a bit slower, uses more credits.

Visuals & Media

You can also generate and edit images from text. 

• Generate: In the chatbox, type a request. Example:"Create an image of a futuristic city." The AI will automatically select an image generation model to provide you with a visual.
• Edit: Don't like the lighting? Just say, "Change the lighting to sunrise," and the AI edits the image for you.

Data Analysis

Chaturji can perform data analysis. The AI acts as an analyst, performing computations, extracting insights, and even generating charts or visualizations, based on your data.

1. Drag and drop a file in the chatbox. Upload an XLSX/CSV/PDF/Docx. (example: “upload your department's budget (Category, Budgeted Amount, Actual Spent, Month).”
2. Then ask Chaturji any question about the file. (example: “Which categories are over budget? Give me a summary and suggest where we can cut costs.”

Moving to a paid plan 

Upgrade once you’ve validated the platform with the free trial, then let Chaturji's unique pricing system keep costs predictable and low for the whole organization.
